The International Workshop on “Reform and Improvement of Bankruptcy Reorganization System in China” was held at Beijing Financial Street International Hotel on October 12, 2018. The event was sponsored by the Legal Department of People’s Bank of China and Legal & Regulatory Department of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, co-organized by Bankruptcy Law and Restructuring Research Centre of the China University of Political Science and Law (BLRRC), and Beijing Integrity Consulting Company Ltd. with financial support of Beijing Cairncross Economic Research Foundation. More than 30 participants including US and Chinese experts, practitioners and governments officials of China’s relevant authorities joined the Workshop. Mme. FENG Xiaoming (President), Dr. Cyril LIN(Executive Director), Mme. WANG Yuan (trustee), etc. from Beijing Cairncross Economic Research Foundation were present.
